Do you want to se THE best view in NYC? My advice – skip the Empire State building. Since opening last year, the top of the rock (rooftop of Rockefeller Center) is the best new place to propose to your girlfriend at 70 stories high. Also, the view includes all five boroughs and the waterway surrounding all of Manhattan. I suggest going in the evening for an unforgettable sunset and then once it gets dark you can see the amazing light scape.
